Questions about Shipping & Costs

Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. We expect to be able to ship worldwide soon.

Orders will be shipped within 7 business days of ordering. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Questions On Product Formulation & Skin Care

Never. Our line is 100% cruelty free. We love our animal friends and will never test products on them.

BEE-gan is a common, industry take on "Vegan" to describe customers that use honey and other bee products like bee pollen or beeswax. Our honey is sustainably sourced in a cruelty-free manner, is food-grade and safe for consumption. In that regard, Honey & CoCo products are Beegan friendly.

Our products are 100% formulated with clean ingredients. We provide our full ingredient listings on our site, and recommend that you review them to determine if our line works with your pregnancy plan.

No. H&CC fragrances are primarily made using ingredients derived from natural sources. All components of the fragrance blends we use have been carefully considered and evaluated for safety and efficacy. 

Skin sensitivities can be unpredictable and sometimes unknown to users. If you are allergic to any ingredients in our products, please seek professional medical advice before starting your H&CC skincare ritual.

Our products have been formulated to naturally resotre and heal your skin. Sometimes, an adverse reaction can take place through a natural detoxifying process, or hidden allergic reaction.

You may wish to test Honey & CoCo products on separate patches of skin away from your face. Allow twenty-four hours to assess your skin's response. If you find there is no reaction, repeat the process. Again, allow twenty-four hours for assessment. 

If neither of these tests results in an adverse reaction, apply a small amount of your product to your face. Use less product than you normally would in the first instance, then slowly increase the amount. If your skin reacts or symptoms persist despite not using any products, we suggest you consult with a dermatologist or medical professional for further advice.

Honey & CoCo products are generally hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic. One ingredient that may not be suitable for some people is coconut oil. If you are allergic to coconut oil or any other ingredients in our products, please seek professional medical advice before starting your skincare ritual

Generally speaking, no. We do use certain ingredients to stabilize our products, and to ensure they do not separate under extreme heat or cold. These stabilizing ingredients are commonly found in skincare products industry-wide and are generally considered safe. These ingredients are a necessary and sensible part of all personal care formulations—and crucial to the performance and longevity of our products.

If you have sensitive skin we recommend you patch test any products that contain coconut oil as an ingredient. Since Coconut Oil rates 4 in the scale of comedogenic ingredients it might not be suitable for acne prone skin.

Like all naturally-based skincare products, you should aim to use your Honey & CoCo products within 6 months of opening them. Products may last for about 1 year if refrigerated after opening.

Our products have been formulated to nourish and restore the skin's natural balance, regardless of your individual skin type. We recommend that you check with your medical professional before starting your Honey & CoCo skincare ritual.

Our products are gluten-free as they do not contain any gluten based ingredients. 

We recommend you keep your products in a cool place away from direct light. It is best to use clean hands when dipping into jars. You may also use a clean teaspoon or small spatula to scoop out product for use.

1. Cleanse and use PURIFY to gently remove excess oil, skin impurities, and makeup.

2. Tone with BALANCE will provide the hydration and osmotic balance that your skin needs to better absorv the following treatments.

3.Detoxify (2-3 times a week) with RADIATE extracts toxins and impurities from the skin.

4. Treat with REJUVENATE to will leave your skin feeling hydrated and nourished, while reducing the look of wrinkles and dry skin.

5.Moisturize with REPAIR, which works overnight to reduce the look of wrinkles and bring out your skin's natural brilliance.

Returns & Exchanges

We sincerely hope you derive ongoing pleasure from your Honey & CoCo products. However, should you find a product is not suitable, we would be pleased to coordinate a refund or exchange in accordance with the instructions below.

We will provide you with a refund of the original purchase price or an exchange upon return of the products, with proof of purchase within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase. All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Please contact us if you wish to cancel or amend your order. We are able to do so if the product has not yet shipped from our facility. After the product has shipped, we would be happy to work with you to facilitate any returns or exchanges of unopened products.
